Dr. Jodi Mullen founded Integrative Counseling Services, PLLC. on April 1st, 2004 in Oswego, New York. The practice slowly grew and expanded, taking in new clients for a wide range of services. In the summer of 2010, ICS-Oswego underwent construction to expand into a two-floor operation, opening up space for new offices and playrooms. In the summer of 2008, Integrative Counseling Services opened a satellite office in Cicero, New York. The original building was a small space containing two playrooms and a working office. However, with the high demand for counseling services, the office was moved to the Cicero Professional Building in the summer of 2011 to allow for more clients to be seen. In 2013, a third office was opened in Auburn, and most recently in 2015, a forth office was opened in Fulton.

Currently, there are approximately 25 counselors working at ICS with varying degrees and certifications, including Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Certified Child-Centered Play Therapists (CCPT) and CCPT supervisors, Registered Play Therapists (RPT) and RPT supervisors, Circle of Security group facilitators, couples and family counselors, and a number of graduate and undergraduate students who are completing their internship hours and gaining experience. A few of our counselors also work as adjunct and full-time professors at SUNY Oswego in the Counseling and Psychological Services department where they train and educate future counselors.
